Description:

Hapymox AM 0.2mg/5mg Tablet is a combinational medicine used for the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure). It helps to lower high blood pressure and thus reduces the chances of future heart attack and stroke.

Hapymox AM 0.2mg/5mg Tablet can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a drink of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Retaining active with regular exercise, reducing your weight and eating a healthy diet will also help control your blood pressure.

The most common side effects include nausea, dryness of mouth, dizziness, and headache are some common side effects. Consult your doctor if any of these bother you, or do not go away. Frequent mouth rinses, good oral hygiene, increased water intake, and sugarless candy may help to overcome dryness of mouth.

Earlier taking it, let your doctor know if you have any heart problems, liver or kidney problems. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult their doctor for advice before taking this medicine.
