Grufen 75mg Injection is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to treat various types of pain, swelling, stiffness, and joint pain in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and acute musculoskeletal injuries. It is given in cases where oral administration is not possible.
