    Gramonex Injection is a combination of two antibiotics that effectively treat diarrhea and dysentery. It kills the microorganisms to treat the infection.

    Gramonex Injection is a prescription medicine that must be administered under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Do not miss any scheduled appointments for taking this medicine. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better to ensure a complete recovery.

    Gramonex Injection may lead to some side effects such as nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, loss of appetite, headache, etc. To overcome any such side effects, it is advised to eat a healthy balanced diet and drink plenty of fluid. You may also experience mild injection site reactions such as pain, swelling, and redness. If any of the side effects get aggravated, contact your doctor immediately. If you experience any allergic reaction (rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, etc.), you must seek immediate medical help.
