Fusone 0.005% Ointment effectively reduces symptoms associated with such conditions, such as swelling, itching, and redness.

Is Fusone 0.005% Ointment good for burns?

No, Fusone 0.005% Ointment should never be applied in those areas of the skin that have burns, cuts, or scrapes. If Fusone 0.005% Ointment accidentally gets onto such areas, rinse the area thoroughly with water. You should use this medicine only as directed by your doctor to avoid any adverse effects and worsening of your condition.

Can I use Fusone 0.005% Ointment on my face, groin, or underarms?

No. Fusone 0.005% Ointment should not be used on the face, groin, or underarms unless your doctor specifically tells you to do so. These areas absorb corticosteroids more easily, which increases the risk of skin thinning, irritation, and other side effects.

Covering or tightly wrapping the treated area can cause more of the medicine to pass through the skin into the bloodstream, increasing the risk of side effects such as adrenal suppression and skin damage. You should only cover the area if your doctor specifically tells you to.
