Description:

Fungicros Cream is a medicine used to treat various types of fungal skin and nail infections. It kills the fungus causing the infection, which helps to relieve the symptoms such as redness, swelling, itching, etc.

Fungicros Cream is only meant for external use and should be used as advised by your doctor. A thin layer of the medicine should be applied only to the affected areas of the skin with clean and dry hands. If it gets into your eyes, nose, and mouth rinse with water. It may take several weeks for your symptoms to improve and you should keep using this medicine regularly. The entire course of the treatment should be completed to ensure that the infection does not come back. If your condition does not improve or gets worse, you should talk to your doctor.

This is usually a safe medicine with limited or no side effects. You must consult the doctor if you experience any allergic reaction (rashes, itching, swelling, shortness of breath, etc.).

Earlier taking this medicine, it is important to tell your doctor if you are taking or have recently taken any other medicines. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult with the doctor before taking this medicine.

How long does it take to clear the nail infection?

Fungicros Cream takes a few days or weeks to clear up the infection. Transparenting up an infection refers to the improvement of the symptoms of the infection. On the other hand, it may take at least 6 months to cure the fingernail infection and 9-12 months to cure toenails. Curing of the infection takes longer because a nail infection gets cured only after the infected nail is naturally replaced by a new nail.

Can I stop taking Fungicros Cream when my symptoms are relieved?

You may notice some improvement in your symptoms, but do not stop taking Fungicros Cream before completing the full course of treatment, even if you feel better. However, you must inform your doctor if the infection does not clear up even after 5 days of treatment.

What are the instructions for storage and disposal of Fungicros Cream?

Retain this medicine in the container or the pack it came in, tightly closed. Store it according to the instructions mentioned on the pack or label. Dispose of unused medicine and make sure it is not consumed by pets, children and other people.
