Description:

Flurizone-DM Tablet is a medicine used for the treatment and prevention of migraine. It works by improving the flow of blood in your brain and prevents the abnormal activity of muscles that trigger migraines. It also blocks the signals in the brain that cause nausea and vomiting associated with migraine.

Flurizone-DM Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly and at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take this medicine more than the recommended dose, a high dose, or overdose may have harmful effects on the body. Do not take it more than the prescribed duration unless your doctor advised you to do so.

It may cause side effects like constipation, sleepiness, muscle pain, and weakness in some patients. Let your doctor know if any of these side effects bother you. Earlier taking it, tell your doctor if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any other medicines. To make sure it is safe for you, let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking.

Directions For Use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Flurizone-DM Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them

Warning & Precautions:

Alcohol

UNSAFE

Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medicine. Flurizone-DM Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness when taken with alcohol.

Pregnancy

CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR

Flurizone-DM Tablet is not recommended during pregnancy as there is positive evidence of fetal risk based on animal studies. However, it may still be prescribed by a doctor in situations where the benefits outweigh the risks.

Breast feeding

CAUTION

Flurizone-DM Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from the body.

Driving

UNSAFE

Flurizone-DM Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision, or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.

Kidney

CAUTION

Flurizone-DM Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.

Liver

UNSAFE

Flurizone-DM Tablet is unsafe to use in patients with liver disease and should be avoided.
