Fintal Nasal Spray is only for external use only, so do not swallow the medicine. The first dose is given under medical supervision to prevent the side effects happen during first use. For better results, it is suggested to take it at the same time every day. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. It may take a few days for the spray to take full effect. If you do not see an improvement in your symptoms after a week you should talk to your doctor.
The most common side effects of this medicine include stinging sensation, nasal irritation, burning sensation, and sneezing. Communicate to your doctor if you are worried about side effects or they would not go away. Avoid the direct contact of medicine with eye, it happens accidentally, rinse with water immediately.
Earlier using this medicine, tell your doctor if you have allergic to sodium cromoglycate, or you have stress, trauma, and any other infection. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. You must inform your doctor if you are pregnant, or breastfeeding.
