Description:
Fibrolok Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of uterine fibroids, noncancerous growths in the uterus that can cause heavy bleeding, pain, and pressure. It blocks the hormone progesterone, which fibroids rely on to grow, helping shrink them and ease symptoms like heavy bleeding and pelvic pain.Take Fibrolok Tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor. It can be taken with or without food. Try to take it at the same time every day to help build a routine. Follow all your doctor’s instructions while taking this medicine. Your doctor may also ask for regular check-ups or ultrasounds to see how well the medicine is working and to monitor for any side effects. Make sure to attend all appointments.
Some common side effects of Fibrolok Tablet include hot flushes, nausea, headache, dizziness, and tiredness. You may experience lighter periods, or they may stop for a while. These side effects are usually mild and go away on their own. If you notice unusual or heavy bleeding, persistent stomach pain, or any serious discomfort, let your doctor know immediately.
Earlier starting Fibrolok Tablet, inform your doctor if you have liver problems, anemia, or any bleeding disorders. This medicine is not recommended for women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, as it can harm the pregnancy.
