Description:

Fibator Tablet is a combination medicine containing Atorvastatin and Fenofibrate. It is used to lower the increased bad cholesterol and triglyceride present in the blood along with a low-fat diet and lifestyle changes in patients having normal liver and kidney function. Atorvastatin works by lowering bad cholesterol and fenofibrate works by the breakdown of triglyceride fat present in the blood thus reducing the risk of heart diseases and preventing strokes and heart attacks. Nausea, loose motion or constipation, cold, joint pain or muscle pain, headache, indigestion are some of the side effects of using this medicine.

Directions For Use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Fibator Tablet is to be taken with food.

These symptoms may include fever, rash, loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, fatigue, stomach pain, dark urine, yellow skin or eyes, or abnormal liver enzymes.

Yes, Fibator Tablet can cause muscle pain by injuring the muscles. Talk to your doctor as soon as possible if you experience muscle pain, weakness or muscle cramps. It can be a sign of any muscle injury caused due to Fibator Tablet.

Making lifestyle changes can boost your health while taking Fibator Tablet. Stop smoking, as smoking increases your risk of having a heart attack and stroke.
