Etova LP 2% Gel is for use on the skin only. Apply to the affected area by rubbing in gently and thoroughly. Check the instructions for specific directions. Wash your hands well after applying unless you are using this medication to treat the hands. Do not apply to serious burns or deep wounds. Avoid getting this medication in your eyes, nose, or mouth. In case of accidental contact, wash it off with plenty of clean water.
This medicine is generally safe, however, it may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, heartburn, and flatulence in some people. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if they persist or get worse, let your doctor know.
Do not use Etova LP 2% Gel if you have a history of allergic reaction to etodolac or any of the ingredients of this medicine. Pregnant and breastfeeding should consult their doctor first before using this medicine to make sure it is safe for them.
