Description:

Endobloc T Combipack is a combination medicine used in the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH). It works by relaxing the blood vessels inside the lungs.

Endobloc T Combipack can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better.

The most common side effects of this medicine include peripheral edema, headache, nasal congestion, cough, anemia, indigestion, and bronchitis. These are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. It may cause anemia (low number of red blood cells), hence you may be asked for a blood test to check for anemia. You must consult your doctor if the erection persists for more than 4 hours after sexual intercourse while taking this medicine.

Earlier using it, you should tell your doctor if you have any heart problems or have any kidney or liver problems. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by this medicine. Generally, it is advised to avoid alcohol while taking this medicine.

Directions For Use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Endobloc T Combipack may be taken with or without food.
