Description:

DUramor 10mg Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used to treat moderate to severe pain. It gives prolonged relief from severe pain for up to 12 hours.

DUramor 10mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. In general, you should try to use the smallest amount necessary to control your symptoms, for the shortest possible time. You should take this medicine regularly while you need it. Try not to miss doses as this will make the medicine less effective.

Some common side effects of this medicine include constipation,
nausea, drowsiness, lightheadedness, dizziness, sedation, vomiting, and sweating. If any of these side effects do not go away or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms.

To make sure it is safe for you, before taking this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any medical conditions or disorders. You should also tell your doctor all the other medicines you are using or taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult their doctors before using this medicine.

Directions For Use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. DUramor 10mg Tablet may be taken with or without food.

Warning & Precautions:

Alcohol
UNSAFE
Do not drink alcohol while you are taking this medicine. DUramor 10mg Tablet may cause excessive drowsiness when taken with alcohol.
Pregnancy

The safety of DUramor 10mg Tablet during pregnancy has not been established. There are no adequate and well-controlled studies in pregnant women, and animal data on reproductive toxicity are insufficient. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing.
Breast feeding
CAUTION
DUramor 10mg Tablet should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from the body.
If the mother is taking DUramor 10mg Tablet, sleepiness of the baby should be monitored.
Driving
CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR
It is not known whether DUramor 10mg Tablet alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react. Please consult your doctor.
Kidney
CAUTION
DUramor 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Employ of DUramor 10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.
Liver
CAUTION
DUramor 10mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment may be needed.
Employ of DUramor 10mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease.

Is there anything I need to be careful about while on therapy with DUramor 10mg Tablet?

DUramor 10mg Tablet may cause drowsiness and dizziness, especially in the beginning of the treatment. Do not drive or work with tools or machinery if your alertness is affected. It is not advisable to drink alcohol during treatment with this medicine as it might increase sleepiness.
