Coloprep Bowel Preparation Kit (177ml Each) Delicious Lemon is used in the cleansing of the colon as a preparation for colonoscopy in adults. It works by increasing the retention of water in the intestine which induces bowel movement. This way it clears the tract to carry out the colonoscopy easily.Coloprep Bowel Preparation Kit (177ml Each) Delicious Lemon should be used strictly as directed by the doctor. Dilute the solution with cool or normal drinking water and mix well. Read the instructions thoroughly before using the medicine. It is usually administered in two doses. One in the evening before colonoscopy. And a second dose 10 to 12 hours after the first dose and in the morning of colonoscopy, at least 3 and half hours before the colonoscopy. Employ of this medication can cause a few common side effects such as abdominal distention, bloating, nausea, abdominal cramps, and vomiting.
