Description:

Carover 20mg Capsule is a prescription medicine used in the treatment of tinnitus (ringing or buzzing sound in the ears despite the absence of any external noise). It works by suppressing the activity of a chemical called glutamate, which is responsible for tinnitus.

Carover 20mg Capsule may be taken with or without food. Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor and continue treatment for the recommended duration, even if symptoms improve. Do not skip doses, as consistent use helps achieve better results. Your doctor may recommend certain medical tests to identify any underlying condition that could be contributing to tinnitus.

Ordinary side effects may include headache, nausea, dry mouth, dizziness, and sleepiness. Avoid driving or performing activities that require mental alertness until you know how this medicine affects you.

Along with medication, certain lifestyle measures may help reduce tinnitus symptoms, such as keeping a background sound or playing soft music, managing stress, and avoiding smoking. In cases where symptoms are bothersome, tinnitus maskers or sound therapy devices may also be helpful.
