Description:

Brintop 1.25mg Tablet is a vasodilator used in the treatment of certain hypertension cases. It is generally used as a second-line treatment when other antihypertensive medicines have not been effective or are not suitable for a patient. It relaxes and widens the blood vessels, allowing blood to flow more easily.

Brintop 1.25mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the exact dose and duration for as long as your doctor has prescribed for maximum benefits. Do not stop taking the medicine until you have finished the complete course. The effects are lost if the medication is stopped.

Some common side effects of this medicine include low blood pressure, headache, excessive hair growth, weight gain, fast heart rate, low platelet count, decreased white blood cells, and ECG changes. No, Brintop 1.25mg Tablet does not affect your sex life. However, it is not recommended to take medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction (e.g., sildenafil or tadalafil) or premature ejaculation (e.g., vardenafil or dapoxetine) while taking Brintop 1.25mg Tablet. Taking them together can lead to a serious drop in your blood pressure.
