Atchol Gold 20 Capsule is a combination medicine used in the prevention of heart attack. It works by preventing clot formation in the blood vessels. It also helps to reduce increased cholesterol and triglyceride levels and promote cardiac health.

Atchol Gold 20 Capsule may be taken with or without food. Take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Atchol Gold 20 Capsule is a combination of three medicines: aspirin/acetylsalicylic acid, atorvastatin, and clopidogrel. Aspirin and clopidogrel are antiplatelet medicines. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decreasing the formation of harmful blood clots. On the other hand, atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine that blocks an enzyme that makes cholesterol in the body. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL).
