Description:
Afthus Gel is a type of medicine known as a topical steroid. It is used to treat certain skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, and rash. It helps reduce symptoms like swelling, itching, and redness.You should always use Afthus Gel exactly as your doctor has told you. It is only for use on the skin but do not use the cream or ointment on your face for more than recommended. Do not cover the area you have treated with a bandage or plaster unless your doctor tells you to. You should use this medicine regularly but do not apply large amounts or use it for longer than prescribed. It should be spread thinly. Tell your doctor if your condition does not improve after 2 weeks of treatment.
Afthus Gel has a few potential side effects but not everyone will get them. These may include allergic skin reactions, bacterial skin infections, acne, thinning or a change in color of the skin, burning, stinging, and itching. Earnest allergic reactions to this drug are rare but let your doctor know if you are bothered by side effects or they do not go away.
