Description:

Afebrex Syrup is a combination medicine used for the symptomatic treatment of common cold in children. It helps relieve discomfort caused by a runny nose, blocked nose, and sneezing, allowing the child to breathe more easily and feel better.

Afebrex Syrup may be given to your child with or without food. Forever follow the exact dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. The dosage will depend on your child’s age, weight, and the severity of symptoms. Do not stop the medicine early, even if your child seems to be feeling better, unless advised by the doctor.


Ordinary side effects may include nausea, vomiting, or headache. These are usually mild and temporary. However, if you notice anything unusual or are concerned about how your child is responding to the medicine, consult your doctor promptly.
