    Description:

    Adcetris 50mg Injection is a medication used in the treatment of Hodgkin’s disease, a type of cancer that starts in the lymphatic system. Adcetris 50mg Injection may be given alone or in combination with other cancer drugs. It works by killing the cancer cells and preventing them from multiplication.

    Adcetris 50mg Injection is generally administered by a doctor or a nurse. Do not self administer this medicine at home. The dose and frequency will be determined based on the patient’s specific condition. It is important to stick to the treatment schedule and follow the doctor's instructions for maximum results. Your doctor may conduct blood tests before and during your treatment to monitor the levels of blood cells and other substances in the blood.

    Ordinary side effects of Adcetris 50mg Injection include peripheral neuropathy, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, upper respiratory tract infection, fever, constipation, vomiting, and abdominal pain. If you experience any of these side effects which do not go away or get worse, consult with your doctor.

    Adcetris 50mg Injection is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the components of this medicine. Increaseitionally, it is important to inform the doctor if you have any other medical conditions. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take this medicine without consulting their doctors.`

    Directions For Use:

    Your doctor or nurse will give you this medicine. Compassionately do not self administer.

    Side Effects:

    • Peripheral neuropathy (tingling and numbness of feet and hand)

    • Nausea

    • Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils)

    • Constipation
    • Vomiting
    • Hair loss
    • Weight loss
    • Abdominal pain
    • Anemia (low number of red blood cells)
    • Stomatitis (Inflammation of the mouth)
    • Lymphopenia
    • Mucositis
    • Low blood platelets
    • Febrile neutropenia
