T-Minic oral drops is a cough and cold preparation. It is used for temporary relief of common cold and allergic rhinitis in children. It helps in improving symptoms like runny and stuffy nose, sneezing and throat irritation. T-Minic oral drops consists of chlorpheniramine and phenylephrine as active components. Chlorpheniramine is an anti-allergic and phenylephrine is a decongestant. This medicine should not be used on patients with heart-related problems.
