It is used to treat symptoms associated with allergic reactions or inflammatory conditions. Mepsonate 40 mg Injection 1's is primarily used to treat arthritis, tennis elbow, and golfer's elbow, which cause swelling and pain in the joints and tendons. It is also useful in treating severe allergic reactions, asthma, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn's disease (inflammatory bowel disease).

Mepsonate 40 mg Injection 1's contains methylprednisolone, a corticosteroid medicine.
