Donamem Forte Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat Alzheimer's disease. It helps to slow down the progression of moderate to severe Alzheimer's by improving memory and thinking. It also increases the levels of a chemical messenger involved in the transmission of nerve signals.Donamem Forte Tablet can be taken with or without food, but you may take it with food to avoid a stomach upset.
