Description:

Clopitab-CV Gold 20 Capsule 10's is a combination drug of blood-thinning agents and cholesterol-lowering agents, primarily taken for the prevention of heart attack and stroke. It also lowers the raised level of cholesterol in our body. A heart attack generally refers to a blocked flow of blood to the heart due to the blockage of arteries. The blockage is most often a buildup of fat, cholesterol and other substances, which form a plaque in the arteries that feed the heart (coronary arteries).

Directions For Use:

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Clopitab-CV Gold 20 Capsule is to be taken with food.

Clopitab-CV Gold 20 Capsule is a combination of three medicines: Aspirin / Acetylsalicylic acid, Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel. Aspirin and Clopidogrel are antiplatelet medicines. They work by preventing the platelets from sticking together and decrease the formation of harmful blood clots. On the other hand, Atorvastatin is a lipid-lowering medicine that blocks an enzyme which makes cholesterol in the body. It lowers the "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raises the "good" cholesterol (HDL).

Yes, the use of Clopitab-CV Gold 20 Capsule can cause dizziness (feeling faint, weak, unsteady or lightheaded) in some patients. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded, it is better to rest for some time and resume once you feel better.

In case of vomiting, drink plenty of water or other fluids by taking small frequent sips.
